In nearly every British crime drama, there’s a moment: a giant whiteboard, tangled threads of evidence, and detectives chasing a pattern – all united in their drive to solve the mystery and get resolution. That’s a decent metaphor for how I approach therapy. I want us in this together, side by side, curious teammates, untangling the beliefs and emotions you’ve carried for survival and learning how to release the pain, anxiety, grief or dread that’s been weighing you down.
